Set in the middle of a busy area of the city the store will be 4000ft2 when completed.

Works will commence in June 2019 with completion in early 2020.

The upper floor flats will be let to a local housing association.

The development at the former Bar Reef and White Rose Hotel site will see significant refurbishment and improvements to this important building which has been derelict for the past 5 years.

We’re delighted to announce that work on the new Co-op development in Johnstown has now commenced.

The project will see the construction of a brand new 4000 square feet convenience store for Co-op Group Ltd on Jobs Well Road, Johnstown, Carmarthen with associated infrastructure, with completion due in November 2019.

An additional 2000 square feet of retail units will also be constructed for A1 and A3 use and will be made available to let upon completion.

Full planning for 2 food retail units at Honeyborough Estate in Neyland was granted to Aspect Developments by Pembrokeshire County Council in November 2018.

Dominos Pizza are the tenant of unit 2, the development adjoins the main road from Pembroke Dock to Milford Haven and Haverfordwest at the Honeyborough roundabout.

Work is expected to commence on site in April 2019.
